Do you know what is one of the hardest things for me to do as a runner?
Go for a walk.
I’ve been dealing with runners knee for about 2 months now and today I went for my first walk. I walked for 20 minutes. I had no pain. I wore “regular clothes” so that I didn’t break into a run. I took a picture of these flowers. I guess I could go for a walk again sometime. It wasn’t a run but it also wasn’t the worst thing in the world. It was better than aqua jogging! That’s for sure.
